If a Product is faulty, doesn't work as described, or isn't of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that isn't possible or doesn't fix it, a price reduction or refund. Contact us and we'll put it right.
Even where we're not legally required to refund (for example, a genuine change of mind after you've downloaded), we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion as a gesture of goodwill. We'd always rather have a happy customer — so if something's not right, get in touch and we'll do our best.
