MintedFlow ("MintedFlow", "we", "us", "our") is a digital storefront operated by MintedFlow, trading as MintedFlow, a UK-registered business based in the United Kingdom.
By accessing our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a legally binding contract. If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Our Products are digital content delivered electronically. When you buy a Product you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You own your copy and can keep using it — there is no subscription and no recurring fee.
Unless a Product's listing expressly says otherwise, you may not:
You mayuse, adapt, and run the Product within your own business, including on client work where the Product is a tool used to deliver a service (rather than the deliverable itself being resold as a MintedFlow product). If you're unsure whether a use is allowed, ask us.
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and are the total you pay at checkout. We are not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. (Update this line if/when you register for VAT.)
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Your purchase is confirmed once Stripe confirms a successful payment and you receive an order confirmation.

Download links are personal to your order and may expire for security reasons; contact us if a link expires before you've retrieved your file and we'll reissue it.
Because our Products are digital content supplied immediately, special rules apply to the standard 14-day cancellation right. This is covered in full in our Refund Policy.In short: at checkout you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the download begins. You do not have to consent — but if you don't, we cannot release the download until the 14 days have passed.
Your statutory rights if a Product is faulty or not as described are not affected by this and are set out in the Refund Policy.
If you are a Consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015entitles you to digital content that is of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits those rights. If a Product doesn't meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund — see the Refund Policy.
We provide reasonable email support for setup and access issues at hello@mintedflow.com. Support does not include bespoke customisation, integration work, or guaranteed results, unless separately agreed in writing.
All intellectual property in the Products and the MintedFlow website (branding, text, code, and design) belongs to us or our licensors. Your purchase grants the licence in section 4 only; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying IP.
Our Products are tools that often use or produce output from third-party AI models. AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before you rely on it. We describe each Product honestly, including (where relevant) approximate running costs, but we do not guarantee any specific business result, saving, or output quality for your particular use case. You are responsible for how you use the Products and for complying with the terms of any third-party AI provider whose model you use to run them.
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or withdraw Products or the site for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including your statutory rights as a Consumer).
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
We may update these Terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force at the time you bought. We'll post the current version here with the "Last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. (If you are resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.) If you're a Consumer and unhappy, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
